Library Regulations

SELF-CHECK BAG SYSTEM REGULATIONS

The PCE library self-check bag system consists of lockers that serves as a temporary storage of students when they are in the Library. Rules for the usage of the lockers are stated below:

Lockers are to be used only by students who are in the library.

Do not leave valuables in the lockers. You do so at your own risk. The library does not take responsibility for the loss of your valuables or personal items.

Reservation of lockers is not allowed.

Food and water are not allowed in the lockers.

Littering in and around the lockers is prohibited.

Bags are not to be forced into the lockers if they do not fit.

Use another locker if you are unable to unlock or lock a particular locker

Keys must be left in the keyhole after use.

Keys must not be taken outside the library at any time.

Keys are not to be given to a third party.

Any locker found locked with no key when the library closes will attract a fine of GHc20. The library reserves the right to open the locker.

Misplacement or loss of a key attracts a fine of GH50.

Report all concerns to the Library Staff.
