Bright Brew is a dedicated teacher educator serving as the Head of Department for Education Studies at the Presbyterian College of Education Akropong Akuapem, Ghana. With a focus on Special Needs Education, he actively contributes to enhancing teaching methodologies and academic performance among all students. In addition to his departmental role, Bright is a Governing Council representative for tutors, advocating for educational improvements within his institution.

Currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Education- Winneba, he combines his academic pursuits with practical teaching experience, aiming to foster inclusive learning environments for all learners. Bright is a National trainer for Universal Design for Learning, and has fourteen teaching years of experience at the College level and ten years at the pre-tertiary level.
